Frontier-model capability three years from now is going to be roughly equivalent across the big labs. The cost per million tokens is falling fast. The 'which model is best' debate will mostly stop mattering.
What will still matter, and what will decide winners in every industry, is how well AI is integrated into the business you already run. The wiring, the workflows, the governance, the training, the culture of trust around a system that genuinely helps.
