What we collect
If you contact us, we collect what you send: your name, email, company, team size, and whatever you write in the message field. If you browse the site, basic analytics are collected (page views, country, referrer). We don't buy, rent, or enrich personal data.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to you and schedule a call. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers we use to run the business (our email provider, our website host, our scheduling tool), each of which processes data under a standard data-processing agreement.
Client engagement data
When we're engaged as a consultancy, any data you share with us under a signed MSA is governed by that agreement, not by this page. For those engagements, data typically stays inside your cloud, under your API keys. We don't train models on your data, and we don't reuse it across clients.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@hireautomatic.com. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.
